Daniel D’Amboise

For 35 years, Daniel D’Amboise was a math teacher at Shenendehowa Central Schools where he taught all math level courses ,from level one to calculus. During his time at Shenendehowa, Daniel severed as the math department supervisor for 12 years. Daniel is presently an adjunct professor at Hudson Valley Community College where he teaches algebra based courses. He is a Fulbright Award recipient where he traveled to Japan and Egypt for cross cultural exchange and learning in math. Daniel was awarded a lifetime membership to the Shenendehowa PTSA. He coached wrestling, golf and softball at Shenendehowa. His softball team won the state title in 2003.

Lisa Volland

Lisa Volland has served as a math department coordinator and has taught all levels of middle and high school Mathematics for the past 34 years. Ms. Volland has tutored students from various public and private schools in the Tri-State area in Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus and AB Calculus, as well as ACT and SAT prep classes. She has also been recognized as a CASDA Scholar Teacher several times. In addition, she is an Online Learning Specialist, responsible for providing and maintaining a web-based educational program that encourages student participation and academic excellence. Lisa is a international lacrosse umpire.
